Ezekiel 4:9, simply a Bible verse? I think not...
To all of you out there who are looking for an easy way to get your necessary consumption of grains in, look no further! These days, it seems like you have to eat grass to get enough fiber and whole grains, am I right? Have you ever tried Food for Life aka (Ezekiel) breads? AMAZING!! This is the best invention since sliced bread (considering it is sliced bread). This isn’t your everyday wheat bread with nonsense of .5 grams of fiber/slice. This bread has absolutely no flour in it. Crazy right? It’s made solely from whole grains, oats, seeds, etc. Now, you probably think I’m describing bird food right? Well, it’s not. It tastes absolutely delicious, especially when toasted. The fact that there are several flavors such as cinnamon raisin helps too! You can find it in the health food section or frozen breads section. Don’t let the word frozen fool you. It has to stay cold because there’s no flour keeping everything together.
So tell me, have you tried it? Which type do you recommend? So far, I’ve tried 7 grains and sesame and I can’t decide which one I like better!______________________________________________________________________________
